Shipping and Delivery

We care about quality delivery. We partner with top-rated, international courier companies to make sure your products arrive in the best condition and on time.
Shipping in India is free on above Rs 899!
Cash on Delivery (COD): If you pay with COD within India (where available), there is a small charge of ₹49.
International Shipping: For orders outside India, shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of your order and your location.

Time Limits for Returns: If you want to return an item, you need to tell us immediately upon receiving it.
- Food products: You have 48 hours (2 days) from the delivery date to request a return.
- Craft products: You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.
International Returns: If you are outside India and wish to return a product, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping back to us. We do not offer reverse pickup for international orders.
Conditions for Returns: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- In its original condition (unused, unworn, etc.).
- With all tags still attached.
- In its original packaging.
Reverse Pickup (India Only): We can arrange to pick up the item from you (reverse pickup) only if your delivery pincode is on our serviceable list.
- If we are picking up the product, you must pack it well so it doesn’t get damaged on the way back.
Exclusions (Items You Cannot Return):
- Customized orders (made specially for you).
- Items bought during a stock clearance sale.
- Any product that is damaged, used, or tampered with after it was delivered to you.
Replacements & Refunds:
- We will immediately start processing your refund or replacement as soon as we receive the returned item.
- Expected delivery time for replacements:
  - Food products: 4–5 days.
